No auditions!
We have received questions about the method of choice for vocals and stuff for collabs permanent and temporary groups.
So let's be clear for those who still do not understand: We do NOT do the audition process. We choose to send their hearings on the 1st and if they deliver on time, they continue the project, if not, they are replaced, probably by other interested candidates.
Reason: We believe deeply in the potential of each person. The voice is like a diamond to be cut. And over time, each of us learns to polish your diamond in the best possible way, assuming an identity as a singer and as a person - because the way that each one represents a person who sings it is.
